Nine photographs.
The first photograph shows the steps and platform in front of the door into the library.
The second photograph shows the portico from the right side. Notice the pediment surrounded by decorations on top of columns.
The third photograph is of one of two columns flanking the library main entrance. It is an unfluted, Ionic column with a typical base.
The fourth photograph is of the pediment with no bottom between the two columns. Notice the rosettes and other ornate decorations.
Photographs five and six are of the inscription of the name of the library, and a close-up of the decoration above it. In the center is Athena, goddess of wisdom, looking out. Her face is couched between two decorations, on the other sides of which are owls, symbol of the goddess.
Photographs seven through nine are of the capitals of the columns and inside the pediment. This is the second year the bird's nest and the tomato plant have appeared. This year, there is another bird's nest on the top of the right column inside the pediment.
