Description
The Central Library is the Multnomah County Library's main library. It was built in 1913. in the Georgian style of architecture. Major renovations were made to the building 1994-1997 for technology, at the same time the structure was strengthened against earthquakes. Also, much of the decoration and original structure was hidden over time with previous renovations.
