The first two photographs are windows on a side of the Central Library. Notice the small, square windows above the large, arched, grand windows.
The third photograph shows the three windows each with a small balcony above the main entrance to the library. The fourth photograph is a close-up of one of the windows above the entrance. Each arched entrance has a window with a balcony directly above it.
The last photo is a close-up of the arched, top part of the windows. Notice the keystone decoration centered atop each window.
